Ohh the Luxuries of Life!!!!

Haha i’ve just dyed my hair back to black! I’ve had that light brown colour for a few months now and i was kind of getting sick of it and wanted a more natural look. I also got too many stares as it kinda stood out especially because of my skin colour. I am now able to re-use my black hair extensions that have been sitting in my drawer for ages now.
Burnet and everyone whose seen me says they loves it and it makes me look a lot nicer than before….but i’ve only had the black in for a week and already i’m getting sick of it again! hehe… ^_^ I’m actually thinking of dyeing it a dark rich brown.

Oh and I haven’t been writing in my blog for ages because i’ve been so busy! We’ve just had a long weekend due to a public holiday we had yesterday and it was great to be able to relax for a while longer from work!! Plus guess what?? I’ve just bought a new car!!! FINALLY after weeks and weeks of making a decision i’ve finally bought a car! YAY! I’ve bought the newest model of the Honda Jazz in silver and it’s sooooo cute! We got it for a pretty good deal as the car salesman was pretty helpful and threw in a couple of free extras. It’s got a lot of space inside which is what I need specially for how much stuff i bring around haha….Once i’ve picked it up i’ll post some pictures of it up for you to see =)

Hrrm since then I haven’t been really up to anything much….
Apart from the fact me and Burnet have decided to ‘attempt’ to try and get back into shape…seriously since christmas we’ve gained so much weight and i’ve developed all tyres around my tummy and thighs hahaha!

okokok i get it that for people who know me and are reading this, you’re probably thinking what the hell I don’t need to diet….but seriously have you me naked???? HAhAhaha aaargghh!
I think i’ll probably go back to my one meal a day diet or even just trying to stick to my vego diet again….*sighz* the ups and downs of life!!

Happy Birthday Juin=)

Hehe it was my good friend’s birthday the other day! We decided to surprise him after work with some food and a cake just for him. We especially asked my mommy to cook this spaghetti that he loves which sort of tastes like the one they have at Jollibee. We also ordered some pizza and Hya (my sis) got him this chocolate cake with white chocolate icing on top…mMmmmm! She also got him something a bit more personal since he’s actually my sister’s bestfriend. So straight after work we took him to our house and surprised him….hahaha as usual his response was “ummmm…..*blank* coz he’s the sort of guy who when he walks around he always looks lost in his own world. …hahaha poor thing! After we ate spaghetti and pizza we brought out the cake and sang “happy birthday to you…”

(our secret: this saturday night i’ll try n get him drunk when we go clubbing! he’s hilarious when he’s fully drunk!) Haha i’ll be sure to remind him that I better be gettin something BBIIIGGGG next year from Juin for my birthday or i’ll kick his ass! =P jks he’s so tall he’ll probably sit on me haha!

Well anyways to another topic…Perth is at the moment going through autumn. It’s only now that we’re actually getting the feel of winter and it’s been so cold in the mornings..i noe in other places it snows but i have never ever seen snow before and plus it doesn’t snow here in Australia. (except maybe in the mountains). It’s so cold that i’ve decided to buy this leather jacket that i’ve been dying to buy for a few weeks now! I saw it on the recent winter issue of Cosmopolitan magazine and Cleo magazine and it was love at first sight haha!

Seriously Burnet get so mad at me spending so much money on clothes and shopping all the time. He thinks i spend too much money on myself. But come on i deserve it though after slaving and working away at my job! hehe girls will always be girls =P

Sydney!

I’ve always dreamed of travelling….and yay i’ve recently just found out that I can go on a holiday that i’ve been planning over to Sydney!!!!! I’ve applied for annual leave at my job and it’s been approved for the period between October 6 to October 10!!
I’m so excited to go there as i’ve never been on a holiday outside of Perth in a while (apart from the Phils). We were deciding whether to go to either Melbourne or Sydney but Burnet knows his way around Sydney better as he’s been there before. It’s only me and Burnet who are going aswell! I’ve heard from a lot of people that Melbourne has better shopping but aaargghh i’m too scared of getting lost!
But ohh i really cannot wait until I go shopping over there and tasting everything you can’t get here in Perth haha!

On my way home i’ll probably fill my suitcase full of Krispy Cremes as i absolutely love their donuts! It’s too bad they haven’t opened one here in Perth as i’d probably be a regular there
*sighz* Living here in Perth can be disappointing at times as it’s not as big and populated as Sydney and Melbourne….

The only bad thing is that i’ll miss my dog Tobi even if it is only for a week hehe…. Wish i could bring him along…

Both Burnet and I need a holiday ASAP! It’s pretty hard that we both work full time at our jobs meaning that our stress levels are always pretty high up! aargghhh!

Mazda RX7 FD – ^ _^

Yay i’ll be getting a new car soon!! We went to some car dealers yesterday at Victoria Park and saw some gorgeous cars! In particular we went to this car dealer called Fabcars. Burnet already had his eyes set on buying this Mazda RX7 FD at this car dealer. We arrived there right after work which was at around 6.00 and stayed there for 2 hours bargaining with the sales team…uurrghhhhh! Fortunately the sales team there were friendly and being really helpfull.

Burnet wanted to trade in his current Honda Integra in exchange for a discount price of the RX7 which was selling for $40,000 AUD. But first we had valuate and find out how much his Honda was worth…After 2 hours of talking and bargaining the car dealers finally came up with a deal to offer him the RX7 for only $26,000!!!!! Haha you should have seen the look on Burnet’s face…he was shocked at how great of a deal he was getting!!! He’s planning to pick it up this saturday and give it a test drive…I’m so excited for him=) Thank you Fabcars!

Haha as for me i’m still deciding whether to get the Mitsubishi Evo 7 at the same car dealers…It’s currently selling for $36,000 AUD and i’m planning to try to get it down four grand less if i pay cash. Either that i’m probably thinking of getting a little cute Honda Jazz or the Mazda 2! aarggh i can’t decide…i’m pretty indecisive at times. Well i guess we’ll have to wait and see!

Shu Eumura – StrawberryNet

I remember going back to the Philippines for a 3 month holiday and seeing how huge the malls were! I especially loved looking at the different products (and the gorgeous food!) available to buy and how you can never get them here in Australia
In particular there are so many beauty products available including whitening products. I’ve realised that so many pinays here are very much into whitening their skin. As for me…I love these whitening products! I’ve been trying so many different creams and brands and I’ve been so disappointed when they don’t work=( It was not until a few months ago i stumbled upon a product by Shu Uemura called White Recovery Ex. I’ve been using it now for about 4-5 months and to my surprise it actually works!

The texture is very light and watery…not at all creamy and heavy. I apply it on after every shower twice a day. But I have to admit that I had to apply it religiously for it to take effect. I advise that it’s not for those who expect an instant result and plus it’s not easy on the wallet either….aarrgghh!

Mandurah/Mother’s Day ^ ^

Awww happy mother’s day mummy!
We went for lunch at dim sim with my family, Burnet (yung boyfren ko) and my sister’s boyfren. We ended up ordering so many dishes for the nine of us who went! The food there was great!

After we ate we went for a little drive and I as i was sitting in Burnet’s car suggested we went to Mandurah…Mandurah is about 45 minutes away from Perth!! Aaarrghh wat a long trip! We managed to get there around 1.15pm in the afternoon and the scenery was so gorgeous! We walked on the jetty even if i’ve got this huge phobia of the ocean=( Here are the photos I took:

Burnet and me are definitely going back here next week! I mean everything is so laid back compared to the main city.

Yays I’ve just signed up for this new blog! All I have to do now is set up my layout theme and i’ve been trying for a while now pero ang hirap naman magsetup! Hindi ko alam ang gagawin ko because there’s so many things i have to learn about all those codes….aarrgghhh….i’ll keep trying though hehe..
